These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if DevOps-Corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DevOps-Corp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the site, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if DevOps-Corp believes that you have violated these terms

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli courts, or if mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise, the applicable law and jurisdiction of your residence may apply to certain disputes.
